Our therapists are specialists in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (or CBT for short).
CBT is a type of talking therapy (people sometimes refer to these as 'counselling').
CBT has been recommended by National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) for treatment for all sorts of difficulties and it is often described as an 'evidence based treatment'.
This means that many people have tried and tested this form of therapy and it has been shown to be very effective for a lot of people.
