Address The Stress: Good Thinking

Based on the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach, Address Your Stress offers you the practical approach to dealing with Stress. Equip yourself with the tools and techniques needed to overcome your Stress both in the here and now and for the future.
Our sessions cover topics including: Using your Body to Address Your Stress, Using your Thinking to Address Your Stress, Using your Actions to Address Your Stress and Enhancing your Sleep to Address your Stress.
Psychoeducational Classes are not 'group therapy'. You will not be asked to share any of your personal experiences (although sometimes people find it helpful to ask specific questions or give examples and this is okay).
